Returns & Exchanges

At Chive Ceramics Studio, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our ceramics, each piece must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our studio support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap each ceramic item in its original bubble wrap and internal padding to prevent breakage during the journey back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
