How are your ceramics shipped to ensure they don't break?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable packing peanuts to ensure every piece arrives safely. In the rare event of a breakage, we offer immediate replacements.
Are Chive Ceramics products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our stoneware collections are fired at high temperatures making them exceptionally durable, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe for everyday use.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized ceramics are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Chive Ceramics Studio ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Are the glazes used on your dinnerware lead-free?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All glazes used on our functional pieces are 100% lead-free, non-toxic, and food-safe.
How long does it take to receive a backordered item?
Since our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, backordered items typically take 3 to 4 weeks to be thrown, glazed, and fired before shipping.
